ELVORIQUE jewelry is handcrafted using precious metals, lab-grown diamonds, and selected gemstones. Product colors and proportions may vary slightly because of screen settings, photography, stone characteristics, and the handmade nature of each piece.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product specifications when necessary. Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, and made-to-order pieces may be subject to special conditions.

Prices are displayed in the selected currency and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, duties, shipping charges, and payment options are shown at checkout where available.

Orders are accepted only after successful payment authorization. We may cancel or hold an order if payment cannot be verified or if we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.

After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order because of availability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected misuse.

Because most ELVORIQUE pieces are made to order, cancellation is not guaranteed after production begins. Please contact Client Care as quickly as possible if you need to request a change.

Orders normally require 7–10 business days for production, quality inspection, and dispatch. International air shipping generally requires an additional 8–15 days, depending on the destination, customs processing, and carrier conditions.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address and for any import duties or taxes unless checkout states otherwise.

Eligible returns and remedies are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please inspect your jewelry promptly after delivery and contact us through an official channel if you believe an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Custom, engraved, resized, personalized, final-sale, and hygiene-sensitive items may be ineligible for return except where required by law or where a verified quality issue exists.

All website content—including text, photographs, product designs, graphics, logos, videos, and layout—is owned by or licensed to ELVORIQUE and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.
